Tonight, on behalf of Whetstone Wanderers, in partnership with HMT Samsunspor, we were proud to support the ongoing relief efforts in Jamaica by donating food supplies to three charities working directly with affected communities.

Recent natural events have taken a heavy toll, leaving many families facing hardship and uncertainty. In moments like this, football reminds us that we are more than just clubs and supporters — we are communities with the power to stand together and make a difference beyond the pitch.

Through this joint effort, the donated food will help reach households and individuals who urgently need support as recovery continues. We are grateful to the volunteers and charity teams on the ground who are turning compassion into action every day.

For us at Saka International, this partnership reflects what sport should always represent: unity, generosity, and global friendship. When clubs from different places come together with a shared purpose, real impact is possible.

We also pause to remember those affected most deeply. In their honor, let this be a reminder to be thankful for what we have and to look out for one another wherever we can.
