SAKA International Diabetes Awareness Event – Trinity AMEZ Church, North London

On 30th October, SAKA International hosted a Diabetes Awareness and Health Screening Event at Trinity AMEZ Church in North London, as part of our mission to improve health and wellbeing in local communities.

The event offered free diabetes screening, blood pressure checks, and BMI calculations, with nurses on hand to provide tailored advice and guidance. A representative from Diabetes UK also shared valuable health information and local support resources.

We extend heartfelt thanks to Pastor Ioni Anguin and the congregation for their warm hospitality. Church members kindly prepared delicious cakes and hearty Caribbean soup, creating a wonderful atmosphere of community and care.
